I have lived in Richmond Heights since I was 9 months old. Ever since, Richmond Heights has been improving resident life by building more residential buildings, improving The Heights (the recreation center), and keeping the town extremely clean. Richmond Heights is a town that puts its people first. There is always something to do, such as the annual art fair or carnival held at The Heights. Little Flower Catholic School is a top tier private preschool and grade school that welcomes everyone while offering a quality education to its students. However, the public school, Maplewood-Richmond Heights (MRH) is known for not being an academically strong school. I would like to see change in the public school district because children are the future of Richmond Heights and beyond, and they should have access to a school that will help them succeed.

I really like Richmond Heights, it's a nice and welcoming place with lots of places to go. This is where I've grown up, so it feels like home to me.

I have lived here for 12 years. People are active and walking, riding, spending time outside. Prior to the pandemic we would have block parties and area food trucks would be in the neighborhood almost monthly. Many have returned multiple times. Young families are staying and supporting the school district. Older residents without children or children out of school have shown support for bonds and other financial measures. There are new homes being built in a dwindling number of vacant lots or derelict homes.
