The EU consortium canSERV, in which ttopstart is a partner, has announced a challenge-driven call titled "Revolutionising Cancer Patient Care". This call aims to enhance cancer treatment outcomes and elevate patient care. Researchers worldwide, regardless of their location or career stage, are encouraged to apply for complimentary access to cutting-edge transnational research services and training. This call is open to individuals, academic institutes, SMEs in biotech/pharmaceuticals, scientific groups, networks, and consortia from both public and private sectors. The total budget allocated for this initiative is €600.000. The canSERV consortium recently opened the 2nd Challenge-Driven Call on “Reaching an Understanding of Cancer”. The call aims to accelerate research and enhance knowledge on the understanding of cancer.Researchers worldwide are invited to apply for free access to cutting-edge transnational services with an indicative total budget for this call of €750,000. Eligible projects should address different facets of improving the understanding of cancer.The EU-funded project canSERV offers over 400 innovative cancer research technologies to both European and non-European cancer researchers across all levels. Last week, our colleagues Christy Tulen and Nadia Honing had the opportunity to attend the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) conference in Odense. It was enlightening to explore best practices in research management and learn more about how AI is revolutionizing both pre- and post-award processes. The event was a great platform to expand and strengthen our professional network.
